Joyce's Garden East Planned Development Approved

On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted the approve the Joyce's Garden East Planned Development, which is east of Phases 1 and 2 of the Planned Development. The Planned Development will be directly west of Springtree Drive off of New Brownsville Road. The subdivision features lots sizes between 8,000 square feet to 28,252 square feet and 5 common open space areas.
